Cafeteria Intro

The school cafeteria is one of the most important areas in the entire facility for cleaning and disinfecting. There are many high touch surface areas that are susceptible to transmission of germs due to the number of people that utilize the space at any given time. To make matters more challenging, there is very little time between lunch periods to properly clean and disinfect. In this course, you will learn the sequence of steps to clean between lunch periods and afterhours.
