High touch areas between lunch periods
Products needed- Degreaser, Food Grade Disinfectant, Microfiber wipers
Remove and dispose of large objects of waste (food, wrappers, etc.) by gloved hand or microfiber wiper. Spray tables with food grade disinfectant or use food grade surface wipes while allowing enough dwell time for the product to live up to its efficacy. Refer to the product label to find the kill claims and dwell time. We recommend using the Purell Surface Disinfecting product line do to its 30 second kill claims and no need for PPE. For areas with excess soil build up- spray degreaser, allow time for *emulsification, and wipe with microfiber.
*Emulsification is the process that causes fats and oils that wouldn’t otherwise dissolve in a cleaning solution to break down into small enough particles that they become suspended in the solution.
Other high touch areas that will need attention- Service Line, Door Handles, water fountain touch points.
