Processes after final lunch period

All process remain the same for last cleaning of the day except for two additional steps.

-After cleaning and disinfecting lunch tables, (if possible) fold tables and move to the perimeter of the cafeteria to make room for floor cleaning

Final Floor Cleaning

Products needed: Neutral Floor Cleaner, wet mop, bucket and wringer, or autoscrubber

After the entire area has been dust mopped and rid of all large pieces of trash, use neutral floor cleaner with a mop and bucket  to thoroughly clean the floors. In this situation, using an autoscrubber will drastically cut the time to complete this step and is highly recommended.
