Cleaning the Floors
As stated in prior steps, sweep floors and remove all large pieces of trash. Place wet floor sign in the door way of the bathroom. Fill mop bucket with a neutral floor cleaner or enzyme based cleaner.
Start in the area furthest from the exit and work your way backwards. Be sure to mop underneath sinks, toilets and urinals as these are the areas that most susceptible to bacteria buildup. In larger or more heavily soiled bathrooms, changing the solution in the bucket in a must. Before switching to a different restroom, be sure to change the solution as well.
